Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited conduct

1.1 You must not use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation, or infringe any third party’s rights (including intellectual property, confidentiality and data protection rights);
• upload, store or transmit material that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
• upload malware, viruses or any code intended to harm or gain unauthorised access to any system;
• falsify, fabricate or alter mill test certificates, conformity documents or trading records, or misrepresent the Service’s outputs as certified results;
• send spam or unlawful marketing via any notification or portal feature.

2. Security and access

2.1 You must not:

• share individual login credentials, or allow more concurrent users than your plan permits;
• attempt to access another tenant’s data, bypass isolation, roles or plan entitlements, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent;
• interfere with the Service’s operation, including by imposing an unreasonable load, automated scraping, bulk extraction outside provided export tools, or abusive API usage beyond documented or fair-use limits;
• use bots or automated agents to access the Service except via APIs we make available and in accordance with their documentation.

3. Protection of the Service and brand

3.1 You must not copy, frame or mirror any part of the Service; use it to build or benchmark a competing product; publish performance or benchmark results without our written consent; or use the MetlSys or Reload IT names, logos or branding except as expressly permitted.

4. Fair use

4.1 Storage, document processing and AI-assisted analysis features are subject to the limits of your plan and to fair use. We may apply technical controls, throttle or charge for usage materially exceeding fair use, having given reasonable notice where practicable.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

5.1 We may monitor usage of the Service to operate, secure and improve it and to verify compliance with this AUP. We may investigate suspected breaches and take any action we reasonably consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or restricting access, terminating the Agreement for material breach, and reporting unlawful activity to authorities.

5.2 We are not responsible for Customer Data and do not pre-vet it, but we may remove or disable access to content that we reasonably believe breaches this AUP or the law.

6. Reporting

6.1 Please report suspected misuse or security concerns to info@reloadit.co.uk.

7. Changes

7.1 We may update this AUP from time to time in accordance with the Agreement. The latest version applies to your continued use of the Service.
