Accessibility statement
LAST REVIEWED AUGUST 2026
We want metlsys.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including with a keyboard, a screen reader, or the browser zoomed in. This statement sets out where we stand and how to tell us when we fall short.
How accessible this site is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site is built to be operated by keyboard, exposes clear headings and landmarks, keeps a visible focus outline, respects the “reduce motion” setting, and provides text alternatives for meaningful images.
Known limitations
We are aware of, and working on, the following:
- A small number of accent buttons are being tuned so their text meets the AA contrast ratio in every state.
- Some decorative labels are set in small uppercase type; the underlying information is always available in normal-size text nearby.
If something here blocks you, we will treat it as a priority, and there is usually a way we can get you the same information or outcome directly in the meantime.
Reporting a problem
If you find an accessibility barrier, or need information from this site in a different format, email info@reloadit.co.uk. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will get back to you.
How we test
We check the site with automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes, and we re-test when pages change. This statement is reviewed as part of that work.
