How users are counted: your tier is set by the number of named full users (office, sales, purchasing, finance, planning and management logins with broad access). Warehouse and shop-floor users are unlimited and included on every tier, as long as their access stays operational: goods-in, picking, despatch and production confirmations. Read-only and driver / ePOD access are included too. A sixth full user moves Lite to Professional; a twenty-first moves Professional to Corporate.
How buying works: we set your company up and attach the licence, so you don’t hand a card to a signup form. Every MetlSys tenancy starts with a conversation, and a straight price for the tier that fits.
